The Family Center Meeting Rooms may be rented individually or in combinations for the following prices: (Minimum 2 hour fee)

• Meeting Room – $85.00

• Meeting Room near kitchen – $110.00

• Additional hour – $25/hr

• Deposit – $75.00

Gymnasium

The Family Center Gymnasium is ideal for larger meetings, receptions and dances for the following prices: (Minimum 2 hour fee)

• Gymnasium – $400.00

• Additional hours – $75/hr

• Deposit – $500.00

SAINT JAMES PARISH HALL

• Main Hall – Capacity 200 people

• Meeting Room – Capacity 25 people (Adult only-No food allowed)

• Full Kitchen

• Stage & A/V System

The Parish Hall Facilities are available for a variety of functions for the following prices: (Minimum 2 hour fee)

• Main Hall – $200.00

• Additional hours – $100/hr

• Meeting Room – $75.00

• Kitchen – $50 flat fee

• Deposit – $500.00
